Welcome to the RezStream/Guest Tracker Knowledge Base. See the Work Around/Solution section for instructions on using the online search. Please note that many of the issues have been fixed, and we always recommend keeping up to date with the latest version of the software.

Step 1: Select a Product from the drop down list and enter your search criteria in the Search For box. Either words or numbers can be used as search criteria. For example, enter "3021" or "current record" (without the quotation marks) to find a technical article that may have information on the error message "3021: no current record".
Step 2: Once you have entered your search criteria, press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button. The results of the search will be displayed. Click on an each issue to view the details and and find a possible solution to your problem.
Step 3: To refine your search, type in additional words in the search criteria field. Entering multiple words in the criteria box will result in fewer search results. If you know the knowledge base article and/or number you are looking for, you can enter the issue number into the search criteria field and click search (for example: to get kb issue 189 type "189")
Note: To see browse all topics in the knowledge base, leave the Search For box blank, and just press Search. |
