Check In

Please call our office (508-627-4600) to arrange a personal check-in time especially if you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM.

If you would like to go directly to The Lightkeepers Inn, 25 Simpson’s Lane, please call ahead and tell us the time you will be arriving. After hours phone number 508 627 4600.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $50 is applied to check-outs after 11:00 AM. In order to have enough time to properly prepare the room for incoming guests, we cannot extend the check-out time past 12:00 Noon.


Policies

We have a 3-night minimum stay policy for most weekends, please check with our office to see if we can accommodate a shorter stay. Above rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 9.7% occupancy tax. Reservations for three days or less require a full deposit, due at time of reservation. Reservations of four days or more require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and the balance is due at check-in. Major credit cards are accepted.


Cancellations

The Lightkeepers Inn is ensuring you a suite as described that will be unavailable to other potential guests. Because we are a small inn and our business is seasonal, cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date make it difficult for us to fill the vacancy. Therefore,we must abide by a strict cancellation policy set forth below with no exceptions.

**We strongly suggest that guests purchase travel insurance that will include coverage for trip cancellations.**
