A Deposit of 50% is required to make a reservation.  The full amount of the reservation is due by the arrival date in cash or traveler’s cheques as we are in the process of setting up credit card processing.  The total reservation amount is refundable 30 days or more before scheduled arrival date, less a 10% Cancellation Fee.  For cancellations 29 days or less before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the original reservation total will be refunded.  If a reservation is modified to change the arrival date 30 days ahead or more of the original reservation and then cancelled, 50% of the total of the original reservation will be charged. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Check IN TIME will be at 12:00 PM (Central standard time)

Check OUT TIME will be at 1:00 PM (Central standard time)

 For the season of December 26th to January 5th, the unit(s) must be prepaid within 14 days of making the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation, and it is non-refundable.
