Our Policies:
We are a small family-owned operation. As such, our policies may differ from those of larger operations and hotels. Please note the following:
BOOKINGS OF 3 ROOMS NIGHTS OR LESS Due to the small size of our operation: Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking. This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy). Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00. For cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, the booking fee is non-refundable. For cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice, 85% of the booking fee is refundable. Early departures are not possible. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.
BOOKINGS OF 4 ROOM NIGHTS OR MORE Due to the small size of our operation: Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking. This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy). Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00. The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made within 30 days of arrival. 50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made with more than 30 days notice. Therefore, any cancellation will have a minimum penalty of a 50% non-refundable booking fee or a maximum penalty of a 100% non-refundable booking fee. Early departures are not possible. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.
WINTER HOLIDAY (reservations with at least one day that falls within December 19-January 3) Due to the time of year and the small size of our operation: Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking. This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy). Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00. The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made after November 19th. 50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made prior to November 20th. Therefore, any cancellation will have a penalty of a 50% or 100% non-refundable booking fee depending on the date of cancellation as stipulated above. Early departures are not possible. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above. MERRIE MONARCH HULA FESTIVAL (reservations with at least one day that falls within April 06 - April 11) Due to the time of year and the small size of our operation: Your booking will have a 100% booking fee secured at time of booking. This fee will be applied to your reservation total on the day of your arrival (as a courtesy). Therefore, upon arrival, you will have a credit of 100% and an outstanding balance of $0.00. The above booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made after March 7th. 50% of the booking fee is refundable only for a cancellation made prior to March 8th. Therefore, any cancellation will have a penalty of a 50% or 100% non-refundable booking fee depending on the date of cancellation as stipulated above. Early departures are not possible. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above.
