Maui Sunseeker, A Gay Resort only has 17 rooms. If our system shows no availability for the entire range
of dates you choose, please try breaking up your stay into two sets of dates. If you don't mind
switching rooms mid-stay, we can accommodate most requests with some flexibility.

Also, please note that the Wailana Inn was merged into the Maui Sunseeker several years ago.

Feel Free Beside the Sea!

Unlike other resorts/condos, we do not charge those annoying additional fees.  That means
no parking fee, no housekeeping fee, no beach amenity/towel fee, no concierge fee, no resort fee,
no fuel surcharge and no fee to use our Jacuzzis/sundeck/barbecue grills.  It's all fee free.

Your room rate (plus tax) is all inclusive.* 

Maybe our motto should be "Feel free by the Sea, fee free"?

*Items consumed from mini-bar not included.  We reserve the right to charge for damages/key loss.


Since many flights leave Maui late in the evenings, please check your itinerary carefully. We suggest you
reserve an additional night’s stay so you’ll have all the time you need for a late check out.

Check out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
